Custom Deck Builder
Schedule
We have designers that will help you quickly customize your own personal deck. Our staff has years of experience in building and design. All designs are guaranteed to pass local and state building codes.
Time schedule
- Local building departments can take up to 30 days to approve a building plan.
- Footings must be dug then inspected by your local building inspector. (could take up to 1 week)
- Concrete will be poured after footing inspection and allowed to cure 2-3 days.
- Building of deck begins (usually less than 1 week)
- Call building department for final inspection
Enjoy your new deck!
Start to finish a new deck could take 2 weeks to 2 months to finish. (depending on the building dept.)
Our spring and summer schedule fills quickly, so plan ahead if you would like to celebrate a special occasion on your new deck.
